The first difficulty lay in the bottle confirmation. Although the client provided photos of the desired product, it was still challenging to find a seasoning glass bottle that perfectly matched their expectations. The two key aspects were bottle size and glass color. Our product dimensions were nearly identical to their requirements, but the color of the glass was different. After sending samples, the customer reviewed them carefully and ultimately confirmed that this bulb glass spice bottle was acceptable.

The next hurdle was the metal cap. The client required both 3-hole and 5-hole caps, commonly used for food jars and seasoning applications, but these are rare in the market. After extensive searching, we sourced a suitable supplier for the 5-hole version. Since no 3-hole option was available, we invested in customization by developing a mold for the 5-hole metal cap based on the customer’s reference photo. This proactive step ensured that the client received exactly what they envisioned.

Managing a Tight Delivery Schedule: The second challenge was the urgent deadline. From product confirmation to delivery, the timeline was very short. Through constant communication with the customer, we quickly finalized the order and closely tracked production progress.

A minor issue arose with the metal caps: the first batch was shipped before full polishing, and the customer rejected them because the appearance did not meet their quality standards. Thankfully, the polishing process was quick, and we arranged express shipping for the finished batch. This adjustment allowed us to deliver on time, meeting the customer’s strict schedule.
