100ml Glass Flask With Tamper Proof Plastic Cap for US Customer

First Inquiry:

The first contact with this customer was on November 25, 2025, through an Alibaba Trade Manager (TM) message. From the beginning, the customer had a very clear requirement. They were specifically looking for a 100ml glass bottle, designed as a glass flask, paired with a tamper proof plastic cap for beverage packaging.
Fortunately, our factory had previously developed a mold for exactly the same type of 100ml glass bottle.

Although this bottle was not a regular stock item in our warehouse, we were able to produce it using our existing mold. This meant that once the order quantity met the minimum production requirement for machine operation, we could start manufacturing without the need to develop a new mold. Since the customer’s order quantity was sufficient for production, the project moved forward smoothly from the early stages.

Challenges:

Although the product itself was straightforward, the main challenge in this project was the customer’s strict requirements regarding quality control and factory verification.

Before placing the order, the customer required a remote factory audit to verify our production capabilities and quality management system. During this process, we fully cooperated with the client by providing detailed information about our manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures. We answered all their questions carefully and transparently, which helped demonstrate that we are a professional glass bottle manufacturer with a reliable production system.

In addition, the customer arranged a pre-shipment inspection before the goods could be dispatched. Only after the products passed the inspection and met their quality standards were we allowed to arrange the shipment.
Another challenge was the documentation requirements. The customer required a comprehensive set of documents beyond the usual certification and testing reports. These included documents related to product quality management, detailed product specifications, packaging and palletization instructions, contract reviews, and supplier verification documentation. We carefully prepared and submitted all the required materials in accordance with the customer’s compliance standards.

Follow-Up & Results

Through professional communication and strong cooperation during the verification and inspection process, our factory successfully gained the customer’s trust. The overall communication throughout the project was efficient and positive.

The goods were produced, inspected, and shipped smoothly. Eventually, the shipment arrived safely at the customer’s location in the United States. After receiving and inspecting the products, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the quality of the 100ml glass bottle and the tamper proof plastic cap.

This successful project also opened the door for further cooperation. In addition to the current glass flask order, the customer indicated that they have several upcoming packaging projects involving other types of glass bottles. They plan to continue discussing these future opportunities with us.
