The customer first contacted us via our website on November 14, 2024. They initially expressed interest in a standard square glass jar for food packaging. While we proposed a regular model, the client later realized such jars were too common in the market. To meet their demand for premium presentation, we recommended a heavy super flint glass food storage containers with lids instead of a basic one. The customer agreed, even though this required adjusting the sample process and budget.
Challenges and Solutions
- Jar Confirmation:Although communication was not frequent, consistent follow-up led to positive results. The switch from a normal glass jar to a high-transparency jars food glass was critical to meeting expectations. Despite the extra sample cost, we ensured the client received the exact jar they wanted.
- Customization of Packaging:The project required complete customization—a woodgrain plastic lid with logo, an inner seal with logo, and a branded paper box. To finalize the design, we exchanged multiple drafts covering colors, dimensions, and mock-ups. Ultimately, the client’s vision for premium, cohesive packaging was successfully achieved.
- MOQ and New Product Requests:The client asked for a 50ml version of the same series. Two difficulties emerged: higher MOQ for jars without stock and the need for a new custom lid mold. Fortunately, we occasionally keep inventory of popular models and assured the client we would notify them when stock became available, helping to reduce pressure on MOQs.
Result
The customer received their goods and was very satisfied with the quality and packaging. Discussions for new orders are already underway, signaling a positive and ongoing partnership.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver premium glass food storage jars and customized packaging solutions that help new food brands stand out in competitive markets.
