750ml Custom Glass Rum Bottle With Green Color for El Salvador Client

To help the customer define their vision, Newray’s experienced sales team immediately stepped in. We provided their designer with a large collection of existing 750ml bottles for rum, gin, vodka, and other spirits as references, so they could gather inspiration and refine their concept.

After several rounds of discussion and brainstorming, Newray’s professional industrial designer delivered a brand-new concept in just two days:

A round bottle shape with bold, thick stripes for a unique grip and premium feel.

A distinctive triangular front labeling area paired with a slim, tall silhouette.

A rectangular labeling space on the back for clear branding and product details.

When the customer received the first draft, they were so satisfied that they approved it without any changes, and immediately confirmed to proceed with mold-making and sampling.

To match the fresh, tangy taste of their new rum, the customer wanted the bottle sprayed in green — but achieving the perfect shade took careful fine-tuning. They tested nine different green colors to find the ideal one. Newray’s sales and technical teams supported them tirelessly throughout this process. To speed up final approval, the customer’s designer even flew from El Salvador to China to work with the Newray team on-site and lock in the final color.

For the bottle mouth, the client wanted something more elegant than a standard cork. They chose a slim threaded neck, paired with a matte black anodized aluminum cap for an upscale look. Newray also developed matching custom matte black rubber inserts with the customer’s logo, providing a complete, high-end packaging solution.

From the first design draft to final production and shipment, the entire project took just over two months — an impressive timeline for a fully customized bottle. This success was possible thanks to:
