Custom Logo 180ml Glass Jars Spices for Spanish Customer

NEWRAY is honored to collaborate with Mike, a renowned Spanish condiment brand, to create a custom 180ml spice containers glass. Mike enjoys a high profile in the European market, and they wanted the packaging to reflect their premium brand image while also meeting international food safety standards.

Our collaboration began in September 2024, after we connected through LinkedIn. The client had specific requirements: both the glass bottle and the mill ceramic grinding cap needed to be custom-made, meet food-grade standards, and be SGS or FDA certified. They also wanted to see our past export experience to Europe.

The NEWRAY team quickly provided a complete solution, using food-grade glass certified by SGS and FDA, and included case studies from other European clients, reassuring them.

During the design phase, our engineers, per the client’s request, added a brand logo engraving to the bottom of the spice bottle, making it instantly recognizable on the shelf. Two days later, the client approved the solution and paid for the mold and sample production. A month later, the samples were ready and shipped to Spain for testing. Mike was so pleased with the design and quality that he placed a large order for an annual production capacity of 2.4 million units.

After completing mass production, we held a video conference with the client to arrange for SGS to conduct on-site factory inspections and testing to ensure that all products met international food safety standards. Finally, after 45 days of sea freight, the products arrived safely at the Spanish port. The client was very satisfied with the delivery, praising not only the product quality but also NEWRAY’s communication and efficient service.
