Custom Shape Glass Vodka Bottle for Salvadoran Client

We first connected with this Salvadoran client through LinkedIn. After seeing our professional post, he reached out Grace via WhatsApp. As an distributor in the early stages of his business, he needed to develop a new glass rum bottle project for his clients but had limited experience. He came to us with only a basic sketch, seeking guidance on multiple details—such as how many units could fit in a container, the safest and most cost-effective packaging options, lead time for sampling, and production timelines. He also asked Newray for advice on improving his initial design.

Despite his many questions—sometimes even during weekends—Our sales Grace made sure to respond promptly anytime. This professional and responsive approach left a strong first impression and built his trust in NEWRAY. Although he was also in contact with other suppliers, he eventually chose to begin cooperation with Newray.

The first step was a mold order for 750ml glass liquor bottles. Since his reference drawing was very simple, yet he required a highly precise 1:1 replica, we asked the client to send us a physical sample. Our design team used it as a reference and worked closely with him, revising the design more than ten times based on his ongoing input, until the final version was confirmed.

Once the design was locked in, we immediately began mold production of his antique rum bottle and sent him the samples as soon as they were ready. He confirmed that the sample was exactly what he wanted and placed the initial order without delay.

As one of our most meticulous client, this partnership did face minor challenges. In the first shipment, the pallets of his fancy glass liquor bottles were overloaded and slightly tilted after the long-distance travel. Fortunately, the issue was not serious. By the second order, we had upgraded the packaging to prevent any recurrence. Since then, the client has placed repeat orders with us every year and has also started new rum bottle glass projects with our support. It’s clear that his business has matured and is growing steadily.

In April of 2025, the client visited our factory for the first time to discuss a new project to custom glass alcohol bottles. Meeting face-to-face after years of collaboration felt like reuniting with an old friend. We are convinced that with sincerity, dedication, and step-by-step effort, we will continue to earn the trust of more clients like him.
