Earlier this year, a customer from the Middle East contacted Newray with a sample of a custom glass sauce bowl.
Before finding us, he had approached another glassware supplier but was told the order quantity was too small to proceed. Since it was a new product launch, he preferred to start with a trial order before committing to larger volumes.
For us, this is a common situation. Many new projects begin with small quantities, and our Newray are always willing to evaluate them based on actual production feasibility rather than simply applying a high MOQ requirement.
After reviewing the sample, our team quickly prepared a quotation, packaging proposal, and production plan. Once the customer approved the pricing, he shipped the original sample to our factory.
Our engineers then created the technical drawing and started custom mold development. About 20 days later, the first glass samples were ready. We shared detailed videos and arranged sample delivery for final evaluation.
The feedback came back quickly. The customer was happy with the product appearance, glass thickness, finishing quality, and overall consistency. Shortly afterward, the order was confirmed and mass production began.
The project was completed on schedule and delivered successfully.
What is most encouraging is that the cooperation did not stop with the first order. The customer has since returned with new glassware projects, and discussions are already underway for additional product lines.
In the glass packaging industry, long-term partnerships often start with a small trial order. A fast response, reliable mold development, consistent quality, and practical communication can make all the difference.
If you are looking for a custom glass packaging manufacturer for OEM or private label projects, Newray is ready to help.
Application
Glass sauce bowl is widely used in food service and retail packaging applications, especially in HoReCa, catering, and household kitchenware markets. It is commonly applied for soy sauce, vinegar, dipping sauces, salad dressings, condiments, and small portion servings. Compared with plastic alternatives, glass offers better chemical stability, hygiene performance, and long-term durability. The transparent design also improves product presentation and supports branding in both retail and restaurant environments. For OEM glassware projects, it allows customization in size, thickness, surface finishing, and logo printing, making it a practical solution for both functional use and branded tableware sets.
