Earlier this year, a customer from the Middle East contacted Newray with a sample of a custom glass sauce bowl.

Before finding us, he had approached another glassware supplier but was told the order quantity was too small to proceed. Since it was a new product launch, he preferred to start with a trial order before committing to larger volumes.

Our engineers then created the technical drawing and started custom mold development. About 20 days later, the first glass samples were ready. We shared detailed videos and arranged sample delivery for final evaluation.

The feedback came back quickly. The customer was happy with the product appearance, glass thickness, finishing quality, and overall consistency. Shortly afterward, the order was confirmed and mass production began.

The project was completed on schedule and delivered successfully.

What is most encouraging is that the cooperation did not stop with the first order. The customer has since returned with new glassware projects, and discussions are already underway for additional product lines.
