Despite the unexpected situation, we stuck to our commitment. We proactively sought alternative solutions and identified a new shipping agent that could deliver to Manchester as agreed. Although the cost was higher than initially planned, we absorbed the extra expenses ourselves—honoring our original agreement and ensuring the client received exactly what was promised.
