Stock Goods 500ml Glass Beverage Bottle for Mongolian Customer

Newray receives numerous inquiries daily from customers across various industries and countries around the world. This Mongolian customer contacted one of our new sales representatives on a B2B platform. She had been with the company for less than two months. The customer inquired about our best-selling 500ml glass beverage bottles. I successfully provided a quote, but like many other customers, she didn’t respond immediately.

Three days later, our sales representative followed up. The customer then requested that we ship the products to Inner Mongolia and quote in RMB. As an export-oriented company, most customers pay us overseas in US dollars, euros, or cross-border RMB. Of course, some customers request that we ship the goods to their domestic warehouse and pay in RMB. This request is rare, but some customers do make it. Newray’s foreign trade manager guided our sales representative on how to recalculate the cost in RMB and proactively contacted the logistics provider to obtain a freight quote from our warehouse to the customer’s designated address. Shortly thereafter, I sent the updated quote to the customer. She replied briefly, saying she would get back to me later.

To my surprise, she quickly replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll pay today.” It felt a bit too direct – really? No samples were requested, and no further negotiations were held. Our salesperson gratefully asked her to share the payment slip after the payment was made.

That afternoon, our finance team confirmed receipt of the payment. This was our new salesperson’s first order – small but significant. It taught me that perseverance pays off and that every inquiry holds potential. This order strengthened her confidence and commitment to foreign trade and the glass packaging industry.

To this day, this Mongolian customer remains one of our most trusted partners. Her style is straightforward and efficient – each order is concise and clear: “I need 30,000 glass jam jar shipped to Inner Mongolia, just like before.” We sent the proforma invoice, she paid, and we shipped. The entire process was seamless, built on mutual understanding and trust. This partnership fully demonstrates the importance of responsiveness, flexibility, and consistent service.
