Project Background
The customer is a dairy producer from the United Arab Emirates, operating their own farm and supplying a wide range of fresh dairy products to the local market. As part of their expansion plan, they needed reliable, high-quality packaging for bottle milk glass. Because dairy requires hygienic, safe, and visually appealing containers, they were particularly focused on finding the right milk glass bottle suppliers.
First Inquiry
The first contact came through our website on July 2, 2024. At that time, the customer requested several samples to test the quality. However, their initial feedback was that the jars they received was not what they are looking for. Honestly, we were not very optimistic about the order progressing further. But nearly a year later, the customer contacted us again — this time with a very specific inquiry for the 150 ml antique milk bottles. We immediately recognized this as a second chance and worked closely with them, carefully understanding every requirement and adjusting our recommendations.
Challenges
A major challenge was quantity and logistics. Their order volume was not very large, and they required DDP shipping, meaning delivery directly to their warehouse with all taxes and import procedures included. To provide a cost-effective solution, we compared multiple forwarders, repeatedly optimized quotations, and finally secured a shipping plan that balanced price, efficiency, and reliability. This not only helped the customer reduce costs, but also improved delivery speed — something that is very important for fast-moving dairy products.
After receiving the 150 ml glass jug milk order, the customer was extremely satisfied and soon requested another quotation — this time for the 1000 ml bottle milk glass. We applied the same careful approach, again offering them the most competitive price and fast logistics. Although stock for the milk bottle was temporarily tight, this item is a regular production product, so replenishment was quick. We managed to ship on time and deliver smoothly to the customer’s hands.
